Willi Nowak's first verified exhibition was Münchener Neue Secession at Kunstverein in Hamburg in Hamburg in 1916, and the most recent exhibition was Oskar Kokoschka und die Prager Kulturszene at KOG - Kunstforum Ostdeutsche Galerie in Regensburg in 2014. Willi Nowak is most frequently exhibited in Czech Republic, but also had exhibitions in Germany, Italy and elsewhere. Nowak has at least no solo shows but 14 group shows over the last 98 years (for more information, see biography). Nowak has also been in no less than no art fairs but in two biennials. A notable show was 19th Biennale di Venezia at La Biennale di Venezia in Venice in 1934. Other notable shows were at Galeries nationales du Grand Palais in Paris and Kunstverein in Hamburg in Hamburg. Willi Nowak has been exhibited with Emil Filla and Václav Spála. Willi Nowak's art is in at least 3 museum collections, at Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain (MAMCS) in Strasbourg and Galerie moderního umění v Hradci Králové in Hradec Králové among others.
